Asia Argento was born in Rome, Italy, into the family of actors as well as filmmakers. Both are careers she herself has taken up. Sogni e bisogni, directed by Sergio Citti and starring Asia Argento at the age of nine, was her very first film. In 2003 she starred alongside Vin Diesel and Rob Cohen's action-thriller. Asia also has a collection of short stories which have appeared in prestigious magazines.
